The hotel was spotless and clean, offering a pleasant castle view from the room. The overpowering smell of disinfectant and air freshener was a downside. The location was perfect, close to both the main center of Oxford and a large shopping center. The dining experience was standard but decent, albeit a bit dissatisfying. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.

The hotel was on the first floor, offering a good size room for two people that was lovely and smelled amazing. However, the view included seeing rubbish by the water wheel. The location was great, very close to Westgate Shopping Centre and the city center, making it an ideal choice for a city break or visiting the Universities.
